1. Login ke Mobile Banking Muamalat.
2. Pilih menu “PEMBAYARAN”.
3. Masukkan Nomor Virtual Account, klik “PROSES”.
4. Periksa kembali Jumlah Pembayaran, klik “BAYAR”.
5. Transaksi Anda selesai. Simpan struk sebagai bukti transaksi.

Panduan Pembayaran Via ATM Muamalat

1. Masukkan kartu ATM, lalu input PIN Anda.
2. Pilih Menu “TRANSAKSI LAIN”.
3. Pilih menu “PEMBAYARAN” kemudian pilih menu “VIRTUAL ACCOUNT”.
4. Masukkan Nomor Virtual Account.
5. Tekan “BAYAR” jika setuju dengan informasi pembayaran.
6. Periksa kembali Jumlah Tagihan.
7. Apabila sudah sesuai, tekan “BENAR”, lalu tekan “BAYAR”.
8. Simpan struk ATM sebagai bukti pembayaran.

Panduan Pembayaran Via ATM Bersama/Prima/ Internet Banking/ Mobile Banking Bank Lain

1. Masukkan Kartu (ATM) / Login ke akun Anda.
2. Pilih menu “Transfer Antar Bank”.
3. Pilih Bank Muamalat dan masukkan nomor Virtual Account dan nominal pembayaran Anda.
4. Periksa kembali pembayaran Virtual Account Anda.
5. Klik “BAYAR”, Selesai.

Payment via Muamalat Mobile

1. Log in to Muamalat Mobile Banking.
2. Select the “PAYMENT” menu.
3. Enter the Virtual Account number and click “PROCESS”.
4. Review the Payment Amount and click “PAY”.
5. Your transaction is complete. Save the receipt as proof of transaction.

Payment via Muamalat ATM

1. Insert your ATM card and enter your PIN.
2. Select the “OTHER TRANSACTIONS” menu.
3. Choose the “PAYMENT” menu, then select “VIRTUAL ACCOUNT”.
4. Enter the Virtual Account number.
5. Press “PAY” if you agree with the payment information.
6. Review the Bill Amount.
7. If correct, press “CORRECT”, then press “PAY”.
8. Keep the ATM receipt as proof of payment.

Payment via Other Banks’ ATM/Prima/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking

1. Insert Card (ATM) / Log in to your account.
2. Select “Transfer to Other Bank” menu.
3. Choose Bank Muamalat and enter the Virtual Account number and your payment amount.
4. Review your Virtual Account payment.
5. Click “PAY”, Done.
